We're mobile! With Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Catering, it's like having your very own Scoop Shop right at your event! Choose from our euphoric flavors of ice cream, frozen yogurt & sorbet, which can be served in cones or cups, sundaes or smoothies, ice cream bars or ice cream cakes. We can turn any size picnic, party, meeting or gathering into an Ice Cream Extravaganza! And we'll take care of the set-up, the clean-up, and (of course) all the scooping-up of as much as everyone can eat up at your next kind of get-together worth getting together!
We can help you celebrate any reason, at any time and any place you choose. Office parties, birthdays, anniversaries, conferences, meetings, weddings, award banquets, employee appreciation parties, grand opening events, holidays or
just for the heck of it!
Larger Events…bunches of people and heaps of fun and flavor:
You Scoop It Ice Cream Party: You get a 2.5 Gallon tub of delicious Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor of your choice plus 50 cups, spoons and napkins. Everything you need for one low price!
Cost: This euphoric option is just $100 for 50 servings.
Ice Cream Cone Party: We pack a cooler with four of your favorite flavors and come on out to scoop for any event…indoor or outdoor. We bring the ice cream, cones, cups, spoons, napkins and handle all of the scooping on site.
Cost: This euphoric option has a $150 minimum charge for 30 regular sized portions of ice cream. Additional servings are just $5.00 each.
Ice Cream Sundae Bar: We bring four of your favorite flavors and come out to scoop for any event…indoor or outdoor. We bring a selection of toppings, whipped cream, cups, napkins, spoons and a euphoric attitude. We handle all the scooping, so you get to just have fun.
Cost: This popular option has a $180 minimum charge for 30 regular sized sundaes made to order on site. Additional sundaes are just $6.00 each.
Deluxe Sundae Bar: We grab your 4 favorite flavors and head out to your place to scoop up a storm of fun. We bring a great selection of toppings, whipped cream & sliced bananas. Plus, we add chocolate chip cookies & brownies just to make every sundae a little better. Cups, napkins, spoons and “professional” scooping provided…it’s ready-to-roll.
Cost: This fun-tastic option has a $210.00 minimum and includes 30 deluxe sundaes. Additional sundaes are just $7.00 each.
Now here’s the fine print:

Small Events…not a lot of people, but a bunch of fun:
Customized Ice Cream Cakes: Our delicious ice cream cakes have your two favorite flavors, layered with fresh fudgy brownies, chocolate chip cookies or cookie crumble & decorated to suit your event. They’ll love every bite.
Cost: There are five sizes available:
Small (6-8 servings) for $18
Medium (10-15 servings) for $24
Large (15-20 servings) for $30
½ Sheet (20-30 servings) for $40
Sheet (30-40 servings) for $55.
Pint Parties: Choose from any of our fantastic flavors and we will hand-pack and deliver to your event. Includes 2 dry toppings, cups, napkins and spoons.
Cost: There’s a five pint minimum, no maximum and the charge for five pints is just $40.00. Each additional pint is just $5.00 more, so eat up!
Ice Cream Bar Breaks: The best ice cream bars available for any occasion. The popular flavors available include Cherry Garcia or Cookie Dough. A great option for any occasion. Delivered icy cold and ready to enjoy.
Cost: There is a 24 bar minimum and the price for the bars and napkins is just $60.00, and additional are $30.00 per twelve bar package.
