We're mobile! With Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Catering, it's like having your very own Scoop Shop right at your event! Choose from our euphoric flavors of ice cream, frozen yogurt & sorbet, which can be served in cones or cups, sundaes or smoothies, ice cream bars or ice cream cakes. We can turn any size picnic, party, meeting or gathering into an Ice Cream Extravaganza! And we'll take care of the set-up, the clean-up, and (of course) all the scooping-up of as much as everyone can eat up at your next kind of get-together worth getting together!

We can help you celebrate any reason, at any time and any place you choose. Office parties, birthdays, anniversaries, conferences, meetings, weddings, award banquets, employee appreciation parties, grand opening events, holidays or just for the heck of it!

We cater more ice cream parties than anyone else in the Dallas area. We are very scalable from 50 people to 10,000+ guests. We are used to doing a lot of parties for Employee Appreciation, Tenant Appreciation, Client Appreciation, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs, Weddings (a great alternative to traditional cakes!), Fire Drill Parties, Sales Meetings, School Events and many more...

Deluxe Sundae Party

This party rocks! We bring 4 different flavors. We bring in addition to the ice cream that we scoop for each guest – Hot Fudge and Hot Caramel, Whipped Cream, Sliced Bananas and 4 Dry Toppings that you choose. Dry toppings choices include: Peanuts, Walnuts, Gummy Bears, M&Ms, Oreos, Gourmet White Chocolate Chunks, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, Crushed Peppermint, Marshmallows, Chocolate Covered Cookie Dough, Rainbow Sprinkles and Chocolate Sprinkles

Cup & Cone Party
Same party as above, except we don’t bring the toppings. Just the cream. However, we can choose flavors that have a lot of “stuff” in them so that you won’t miss the toppings too much.

 

 Peace Pop Break

Our novelty ice cream bars are very delish! They are high end and are fun. Imagine cookie dough ice cream covered in milk chocolate while sitting on a brownie on a stick. We can go over all of the different options we have for you. Peace Pops need a little more notice because we truck them in from Vermont, but they are our most economical party and good for large groups.

Ice Cream 'Wiches, Lil Screamers and Ice Cream Cannolis

These novelties are all hand made and generously portioned.

The 'Wiches are made with two of our cookies and a thick slab of whatever flavor you choose. We then dip half of the whole concoction in our fudge.

Lil Screamers is our take on a Cupcake. We hand make our waffle cones, so we can shape them any way we like. We shape these into bowls. We then put a big scoop of your favorite flavor and decorate it up like a cupcake. This one is great for little kid's parties too!

Ice Cream Cannolis are a Plano Scoop Shop Original. We roll our waffle cone into a Cannoli shell, wrapped around your favorite flavor. We then ice up the ends with sprinkles and voila... Ice Cream Cannoli!

Pint Party

This party is best for smaller groups that don't meet our minimum for the Deluxe Sundae Party, but want a similar experience. It is very similar to the Deluxe Sundae Party, except you are in charge of the scooping! We customize this party for you off of our menu with Pints, Quarts, Hot Fudge, Toppings, Scoops and even the Ben & Jerry's cups!

Gourmet Hot Chocolate Party

Another original of ours... this party is a very unique experience for everyone. We make an uber-rich Hot Chocolate using our famous Hot Fudge. That is our base... We then bring out the coffee shop flavored syrups so we can change the flavor profile of the Hot Chocolate. Top it off with whipped cream, white chocolate, sprinkles, marshmallows and crushed peppermints... and now we are talking! Imagine a Creme de Menthe Hot Chocolate covered in whipped cream, white chocolate and crushed peppermints... we can't get enough!
